Make all fields available in Collins enquiries download csv available in the API

When we download enquiries from Collins in the enquiries section to csv, there are fields that appear such as timestamp of when the booking was completed, that do not appear via API, which means we can't use them in reporting on data visualisation software such as Tableau. It would be really useful to have all the data that appears on the enquiries download available via API.
