The ability to permenantly CC someone into a confirmation email

Quite often, a sales team will populate the diary with many events. Many operational teams/ chefs do not look at this system and then get annoyed because the event will occur. if we are able to CC any operational team into confirmation emails, similar to how you can copy in an email for an 'enquiry', then they are more likely to see said event is happening.
