need allergies to be printed on place cards so we can quickly identify those with intolerances. Provides are double check in extreme allergy cases when the meal may look the same as another to the food runner.

This ensures there’s no chance of mistake when plates are delivered to guest. Also ensures that if anything additional ordered on the day, the allergies are clear.
