Email Template Customisation in Collins Without Support Dependency

As a Collins customer, I want the ability to customise confirmation email templates (styling, layout, branding) directly within the platform, without needing to raise a support ticket for every change.
Why: Our confirmation emails currently do not align with our brand standards, and making even minor adjustments requires going through the support team, which causes delays. With Embedded Checkout removing the redirect to DMN, the inconsistency between our website and confirmation emails will be even more noticeable.
