Failed Push To POS Monitoring

Following an outage on the 24th September 2025 until the 29th September it became apparent that there is no monitoring of failed push to Epos for the estate. The incident has resulted in 2500+ un pushed payments at the start of a critical time of year. It took Marston's to raise a case on the 25th September for the incident to be investigated.

Ideally, Access group would have a monitoring tool to identify failed Push To Epos incidents and their reason, then alert customers so sites can be informed. This would then ideally prevent a reoccurrence of the issues faced at the end of September and being of October 2025.
