Tutorial or video for customer/quests to use the pre order link

A simple tutorial link that we can send with the pre order link showing customers how to do the pre order process,

we are having about 7 in 10 that can't get to grips with using the link, they then send it to us by email and we have enter it manually anyway !!!, this is just making the whole process time consuming.

I am surprised this hasn't been requested before ?
