Pre order List Report - Add filters / Allergen reporting

It would be amazing to be able to further filter this report to ensure we can get more granular data making it more manageable. Equally, it would be great to include a filter to only show orders whereby an allergen has been selected so its easier to identify these customers if any changes to recipes are made so we can contact more efficiently.
