Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Respect payment settings when modifying bookings

When allowing changes to bookings with payments, the system doesn’t respect the required payment settings. This can result in a customer modifying their booking and increasing their pax without paying the relevant amount.

This means that if the booking type requires payment, you have to disable self-serve modifications. Dramatically increasing the amount of customer support required as even minor modifications require human intervention. It's also inconvenient to the customer.

During check-in, there is no indication that the customer has modified their booking and hasn't paid the relevant amount (apart from deducing it via the payments tab - which isn't an appropriate workflow."
