Cross sell of booking types/areas

We have different bookable areas. For example In the restaurant, the bar area or more specific our tipi. Currently if an auto confirm is not available in our pub area it does not offer up availability in other areas. We spend alot of time manually contacting guests who have enquired in the pub and offering earlier/later times in the pub or the time they enquired in the tipi and more often than not they got for the time in the tipi. Something that I have seen available on sevenrooms (please see the queens head Dorking https://www.queensheaddorking.co.uk/ for direct example)
