Call AI - only make certain booking types available

Until the journey is better at collecting email addresses it would be great to have the ability to select which booking types are available (similar to the prioritisation for RWG) rather than offering everything.

We have come across an issue whereby a certain booking type requires a pre payment and food order but this is not being sent to the customer as there is no email address. When we call them, they are not answering so there is no way to tell them the status of their booking or reach them if they don't pick up our calls.

    Another thought - if we could follow up / chase via text if calls are being unanswered? To let customers know we require action from them to proceed with the booking.

    Alternatively, make it so email addresses are mandatory / make this clearer in the text message sent to customer that the booking is not confirmed and action needs to be taken to move it forwards. We just need something that shows the customer we need more info or contact from them!
