Update last modified date in API to include all actions

Actions such as when a booking is moved to lost does not count as a modification to the record and so the last modified date does not reflect the date a booking was lost or any other changes not captured in the history tab were made.


Any change to a record should be captured int he history log and count as a modification which updated the last modified date in the API.
