Fix Venues Inactive Status

The Status field in the Venues API is useless. Actively trading sites are still flagged as Inactive. This masks an issue with deleted sites still being shown in the API endpoint. This has been raised with the support desk, but I was told it is "expected behaviour"

    The Venue Status returned in the Collins Venues API relates to the status of the DesignMyNight listing, not whether the venue is operationally trading. This is behaving as expected for this usecase.
