User Log

I'd love to have a user log that is accessible so I can see who is logged in and online/working, perhaps with a status so if a user is online but busy it shows.

Within it, be great if it also tracked if that person made any admin/back office changes. We get the email when it comes through, but being able to pull a list should we need to would be beneficial.
