Additional Pre-Order Types

Currently, pre-order items within the booking system are organised into three top-level categories: Food, Drink and Other.

While this works well for Food and Drink, the 'Other' category has become a catch-all that limits the ability to report meaningfully on what customers are actually ordering.

There should be the ability to define and manage custom sub-categories within Other, for example Screen Hire, Experiences, Day Rates or any other groupings relevant to the business, so that admins can select the most appropriate category when creating a pre-order.

This would improve the accuracy of reporting, make it easier to identify trends across specific item types, and ultimately give both the operations team and customers a clearer, more intuitive breakdown.
