Message Display for Partial Closure in Unavailable Dates

Allow for message to display on the booking widget when a date is closed partially, instead of full day. Eg. 12pm-5pm closed for a bookable event, instead of showing as 'Unavailable', we can direct customers to book via Tonic // If fully booked in the evening, we can direct to a sister site.
