Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
We host many events and for forward planning there is no succinct run sheet that lists the booking details along with the pre-orders and timings for a whole week ahead. Instead we need to laboriously filter and download day by day. Attached is a format which is easy to read and communicates the vital details to the operations. Either the week's run sheet has to be updated, to a more useful format that can be filtered like the daily run sheet OR the pre-orders and details can be downloaded as part of the enquiry listings i.e. when the forward bookings are downloaded from the enquiries page. This would allow us to format the document how we like.
