Call Evo - ability to download existing knowledge document.

In Collins Call Evo, it would be useful to be able to view and download previously uploaded knowledge document source material, particularly when performing updates requiring minor edits to knowledge text. Currently the functionality is limited to upload (add) or remove (delete) existing knowledge source material documents. Also would be useful to show date / time the current knowledge document was uploaded, and which user (username) performed the action.
