Allocation Count for Learning Journey's

Surface a number with LJs editor that tells you how many people a LJ has been published successfully to,. At present there is an assumption that they get published successfully to all users within a user group but we know tis to be inaccurate. so having a counter telling us successful allocations would enable us to trouble shoot better.
