Mobile App support for Deeplinks to Library / Bookshelf content

Add the ability to deeplink into CPL published content. This is currently unsupported. It partially works in practice in browser but gives inconsistent results across platforms (generally more functional on Desktop browser vs Mobile browser - lack of parity) Mobile App function is not possible at all AFAIK.

If this was a supported feature in Mobile App, it could really help drive usage and engagement for team members, especially when the deeplink URL is accessed via a QR code.

Suggested user flow - Scan QR code, If Mobile app is installed, Open CPL App, Sign-in and display the content. If Mobile App is not installed direct to the appropriate iOS / Google Play store to download Mobile App.
