The ability to create AI / VR customer roleplay training

Mapal one have introduced the ability to use AI / VR to be able to role play customer training (handling complaints, dealing with difficult customers, how to meet & greet etc etc). Is there the ability to create something within CPL to be able create role plays with feedback using AI.
