Search Functionality for Site, Division & Position Fields in Manage Team Members

For companies with a large number of configured sites, divisions, or positions, it would be very helpful to have a search/filter capability when assigning these details to new starters in Manage Team Members.

Currently, managers must scroll through a dropdown menu to find and select the correct option. For businesses that frequently onboard large numbers of team members, this can be slow and inefficient.

Introducing type-ahead search functionality — where typing characters instantly filters the list to matching options — would significantly improve efficiency and reduce the time required to complete the onboarding process.

    Great news — this idea has been implemented! 🎉


    The Division, Site and Position fields in Manage Team Members now support type-ahead search — simply start typing and the list filters in real time to show only matching options, replacing the need to scroll through a long dropdown list.


    Additionally, the Date of Birth field now supports both a date picker and direct text input, giving you more flexibility when adding or managing team members.


    Both improvements are now live in campus and the new LMS. Thank you for the feedback! 😊
