Access Hospitality - Ideas Portal

Help us shape the future of our products by submitting your own ideas and reviewing ideas submitted by other users. If you see an idea you like, feel free to vote it up and add any comments that you feel would be beneficial.
This is a collaborative community, so please join in, contribute your innovative ideas and help our product teams to shape their roadmaps and future product development.

Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Enable Anonymous and Role-Based Survey Responses

Customers require the ability to collect honest and candid employee feedback through surveys without responses being directly attributable to individuals. Currently, all CPL surveys are fully identifiable, which can discourage participation and reduce the quality of feedback.
Introduce configurable survey anonymity options, allowing organisations to:

  • Enable fully anonymous responses (no identifiable data)

  • Optionally capture non-identifying metadata such as job role, department, or location

  • Provide assurance to employees that their responses cannot be traced back to them

This feature would primarily benefit HR teams, L&D teams, and operational leaders using surveys for:

  • Employee engagement and wellbeing check-ins

  • Exit or feedback surveys

  • Operational or service feedback collection

By supporting anonymity (or partial anonymity), organisations can increase response rates, improve honesty in feedback, and make better-informed decisions.
