Our divisions are currently not being used because we moved from pathways (which were previously configured by division, with divisions assigned automatically by positions) to learning journeys. We'd therefore like to reconfigure our divisions to allocate by pub brand, we have that data per site in a spreadsheet, but this data will change regularly when pubs are refurbished and rebranded. We'd like to have all employees at a given site assigned a division based on that site's brand (e.g. The Wheatsheaf is an 'Adult Dining' brand, therefore all employees at the Wheatsheaf would be given the 'Adult Dining' division). This is something we'd like in place by October 2026, either done monthly alongside our monthly hierarchy configuration, or automatically by working together on a solution. Fundamentally we want to begin using divisions again to allocate things, as it feels like a wasted datapoint at the moment.
