Report on TRONC to include agency staff and to be put into the standard reports area.

The report under other reports - payroll - Tronc reporting Includes all employees and their TRONC amounts for the customer in the reports section. The idea is for this to be inclusive of agency staff that the customer may have so they can pay out the TRONC values to the agency staff too.
