Simplify the process of borrowing salaried employees

Currently there are 4 settings related to borrowing salaried employees :

  • Rota - Allow borrowing salaried staff by entering a cost

  • Rota - Allow borrowing salaried staff by entering number of hours

  • Rota Borrow Salary Staff - Try and cost borrowed salaried staff

  • Rota Borrow Salary Staff - Allows the borrowing of salaried staff but with no wage cost

and 3 permissions:

  • Rota - Borrow Staff

  • Rota - Borrow salaried staff by entering a cost

  • Rota - Borrow salaried staff by entering the number of hours

Simplifying the configuration will help make the process less confusing and easier to configure.
Example could be an employee having the Rota - Borrow Staff permission assigned to them can then borrow a salaried member of staff depending on which settings are switched on for Cost, Hours or No Cost.
