Integration Improvement for Rehired Employees - MAPAL

When we rehire someone in Access People, we click 'rehire,' which creates a new Employee ID under the existing profile.

When this data is transferred to Mapal Flow, the integration uses the new Employee ID. Consequently, Flow does not recognize the individual as a rehire due to this new ID.

To address this issue, we propose that the integration exports the employee's National Insurance number in addtion to the new Employee ID to Flow-Mapal each night. This change will ensure that rehired employees are correctly identified in the system.

    From the Access People 2.63 release, users now have the option to send ‘Other Reports’ to a designated SFTP folder, enabling bespoke reports and exports to be created. This enhancement offers greater flexibility while maintaining the existing Maple export process, which will remain unchanged. Customers who wish to take advantage of this feature can reach out to the Support team for further information.
