Persist Date Filter Selection on Rota Screen

As a general manager managing multiple sites, I'm constantly frustrated by having to re-enter date filters every time I return to the rota screen - if I'm working on next month's rotas, the system resets to the default 4-week view whenever I navigate away to check reports or employee details, forcing me to re-enter the same dates repeatedly. This simple improvement, remembering my date selections during my session, would save significant time daily and reduce the repetitive tasks that interrupt productive rota management.
