IPad Home Screen for clock in and out to show locations / sites rather than a full list of departments

Can the clock in and out home screen first show the list of locations / sites so that employees can click on that first rather than scrolling down a big list of departments. By having an option to click on the site / location first the list of departments would be shorter as it would only bring departments relevant to that site.
