Salaried Employees to have holiday calculated by actual hours worked and an option to pay overtime for all hours worked

Can we have the option to have our salaried employees holiday entitlement to be calculated using actual hours worked from the rota rather than capped to contracted hours? Also the option to pay overtime for actual hours worked for our salaried employees? These are really time consuming manual jobs to do as the system is currently unable to do either of these for salaried employees.
