Re-Employment of deactivated employee to automatically re-activate in Access Workspace

When an employee has left the business completely and then re-joins later, the system will not automatically trigger the activation in Access Workspace for the re-employee as it would a new employee joining for the first time, requiring the customer to complete the additional step of re-activating the user within Access Workspace, which sometimes they are not aware of needing to do.
