To enable the option to quote request from odd jobs

User can add the various list of odd jobs created on the tab & easily request for the items listed to be quoted for rather than a callout tab. The issue with a callout tab is that if say we have 5 odd jobs listed the cost may well exceed a call out charge of £250, as opposed to a quote being issued which could equate to £1000 for 5 odd jobs.
