When clicking and holding the arrow keys on the arrival time, have this scroll back through time

When a job is being closed down for a contractor. I want to be able to scroll back on the arrival time, rather than having to single click to go back 15 minutes at a time. At the moment, this requires single clicks to move the time. This change would be to allow for the arrows on the arrival and departure time fields to be clicked and hold to move the time or to even allow for free typing the time.
