Introduce the ability to select rooms on quotes in the same way as a callout does

We are using rooms and are looking to have similar functionality for raising a quote as there is when raising a callout where you have the ability to select a specific room.
* When raising a callout, after selecting the area and the work type, you see a number of different rooms listed which can be selected.
* When raising a quote, you select the area and the work type but then select the Equipment Type rather than the room.
