To be able to change the contractor and then the time allocation after that when releasing a callout

At the moment I can change the callout to a different contractor, or change if it's released as a 5h, 24h etc. I cannot do both, one after another before releasing

This limits my options as staff on site often don't put a realistic timeframe for a callout. If we could amend both before releasing to contractor it would be a great help

If staff raised the wrong timeframe and contractor then we have to get sites to re-raise callouts so that this is correct which is time consuming and often when sites are busy trading and do not get back to you in a punctual manor. This in turn means we have to cancel and re-raise callouts ourselves which is a waste of time for everyone involved.
