Allow multiple GL codes to be selected on a supply only order

If there are 10 supply only items added to one basket that are having two different GL codes allocated from the same contractor, the system will create 2 separate supply only orders for the supplier. The process would be much easier if the supply only orders would have two GL codes allocated on the same job according to the items added to the basket.
