Access Hospitality - Ideas Portal

Help us shape the future of our products by submitting your own ideas and reviewing ideas submitted by other users. If you see an idea you like, feel free to vote it up and add any comments that you feel would be beneficial.
This is a collaborative community, so please join in, contribute your innovative ideas and help our product teams to shape their roadmaps and future product development.

Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Combine multiple ticket types into a single Access Collins booking (per purchase)

When a purchase includes multiple ticket types (e.g. Adult, Child, Under 3), the Access Tonic → Access Collins integration sends through a separate booking for each ticket type - even when all ticket types are mapped to the same Booking Type in Collins.

For example, a single family purchase of 2x Adult, 2x Child, and 1x Under 3 ticket for the same event/booking type currently creates 3 separate bookings in Collins, rather than 1 combined booking of 5 guests.

Desired behaviour:
Where multiple ticket types within a single purchase are mapped to the same Booking Type, these should ideally consolidate into one combined booking in Collins, reflecting the total guest count for that purchase (while still ideally retaining the ticket type breakdown, e.g. via notes or a guest-type field, if possible).

Why this matters:
This is currently creating confusion and extra manual work for clients using both platforms together, particularly for family/group-style bookings (e.g. brunches, experiences with adult/child pricing tiers), where the diary in Collins should reflect one table/booking rather than several fragmented ones for the same party.
