Timed events to not be automatic in all sites

When creating a new timed event for 1 site, this is automatically live in all sites.
it would be very helpful to have the event automatically off 'untoggled' in all sites till made live 'toggled on'

    Thanks for this - please can you explain a bit more how this would work
    And please can you explain the decentralisation of timed events further ( I assume this could be the case for adjustments as well?)
