Reporting

I am using the Optimum GP report available in EPOS, there is a column for 'Cost' and for 'Waste Cost' which is great. However this isn't pulling through any information into the report so the Profit% is incorrect and the Profit after Wastage is also incorrect. The team are entering the Wastage through EPOS so this should pull through onto this report. Also the Cost information is all available in Procure Wizard, is there no way for this information to pull through into this EPOS report? This would be so beneficial for Analysing the GP per dish and help with planning menu's etc.
