I'm writing to request that we investigate the possibility of implementing additional payment keyboard configurations, similar to how we manage our main keyboards.
The current system presents a challenge for our franchisee clients, particularly those with a large number of sites (e.g., over 100). The primary issue revolves around adjustments and service charges. Some sites require service charge functionality, while others do not. At present, we are unable to create site-specific payment keyboards without detaching them from the main page, which then affects the consistency across all sites. This limitation means that our current site-specific discount payment keyboards are not sufficient for these clients.
We need a solution that allows for site-specific variations in payment keyboard configurations while maintaining overall consistency for our multi-site clients. Please let me know your thoughts on how we might be able to address this.
