I'm requesting a new feature to add a customer-facing scanner for loyalty barcodes. This would allow customers to scan their own loyalty cards or app barcodes directly, rather than relying on staff to do it.
This feature would significantly improve the customer experience by speeding up transactions and reducing potential errors from manual entry. It would also free up staff time, allowing them to focus on other tasks. This change would be especially beneficial during peak hours.
