Be able to temporarily set a PLU to act as a condiment

It would be really helpful if there was a function to enable a PLU to be a condiment as a one off - for example - you sell liqueur coffee with any kind of spirit - rather than having to duplicate all the sprits and liqueurs to treat as condiment, the function sets the PLU as a condiment for that moment, and then once the PLU is pressed, it goes back to being a non-condiment.
