Exemption date/s for Adjustments

The ability to add Exemption Dates for Adjustments, please. Ideally, also one that can replicate itself each year. Sites that are open on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve would want adjustments to be inactive on those dates but there is no way of setting that up in the Adjustment.

There are 'Date Restrictions' and 'Dates' options but both do the same thing: set dates when the adjustment should apply. The opposite would be very helpful: dates when the adjustment should not run. Selecting 25th Dec and making it apply each year would also help.
