Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
We have EPos + Collins integration.
When a new table is opened from EPoS without selecting an existing Collins record, there is no option to add a Collins Booking Type, and there is no default, so this field ends up blank in Collins, which isn't great for reporting.
