Changing the server name after the payment of a table - for tip purposes

When a table is being paid, it assigns the tip to the person doing the transaction. Can we have an editing function (manager controlled) so that the server names can be replaced.

When a server does the majority of work on a table and then goes on break, or home. Someone else has to close out the table. They then get assigned the tip. The original server should be assigned the tip. The manager should be able to reassign the table to the correct server. preferably from a 'recent server' list so they dont have to scroll through all servers.

Currently we need to run an excel sheet between staff for this to be resolved. It is particularly bad when using the dojo units to payout a table.

Ive spoke to Roxana Tonata and Roxana Kramer about this and they asked me to add to the ideas portal. Will there be any communication back from this request please ?
