Undo a visit on a PMV

When we undo a visit on a PMV, it cancels the whole order & reissues, which is rather annoying if the contractor has made several visits.  For example, some of the large sites can have 20 even 40 or more visits on a Fixed Wire Test.  If the contractor accidentally marks it complete & we go to undo visit, we lose all the previous visits.  Example below has 31 visits which we would have to re-enter if we removed the last visit!
