Different Rates for non emergency call outs

With the current process for rate cards we only have the option to have one billable rate for Tier 1, 2 and 3 non emergency call outs. We would like it to have it so they can capture a saving on spend for jobs put our tier 2 and 3. By opening the option to charge less for longer visit times, this may encourage teams to raise non essential visits with further windows to potentially save their business more money. This will obviously need to be agreed with contractor prior to setup and would not be applicable to all types of contractors.

Additionally we would like to report on these as their respective Tiers instead of just 48hours+ which is what it currently does.
