Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
Implement a separate remedial cost center to split remedial call out spends following a PMV, from a main repair costs from callouts & quoted works.
This would allow it to have a separate cost line on the 'group' page for repairs, PMVs, Capital and remedials. We can then allocate monthly remedial budgets in to pronett to accurately track all outgoing repair spends.
As a business our repairs & remedial costs sit in different P&L's so at the moment for us to accurately track & allocate this it involves our finance teams to split these manually each month and use our own tracker purely for remedials, which creates a lot of duplicate admin work.
