Please consider adding an Option to Toggle Alert to The "Unit" Email Address that there is a New PMV Certificate Approved. This is particularly relevant for people who have Head Office or Remote Run FM Functions because the sites do not know when the new Certificates get added.

This results in hundreds of manual Emails per month simply notifying people that new certificates are within the Portal - as the Site Operators have various obligations / packages that need to be created to Internal or EHO Audit, and for example Landlord Systems that need the same Certification uploaded to.
