Allow multiple selections of trade types across different zones per contractor

To be able to have one contractor set up for different trade types per zone eg Contractor A = 5 trade types in Zone 1 and 3 trade types in Zones 2-10

This would enable flexibility per contractor in real time as we use some contractors for certain things per zone that we don't use them for in the rest of the estate
