Response SLA - be able to back date attendance

We can currently back date an attendance when its logged incorrectly on Access, but the SLA pass or fail doesn't change. It is a very blunt cut off and I think Admin/ Head of Maintenance role should be able to adjust the pass or fail if they have been logged wrong and as such is giving the wrong KPI rate.
